In the Annual HSE Forum for OQGN in a first of its kind event a maze was designed as both a fun activity for all the staff to participate and also a key learning experience with interactive games to solidify their HSE knowledge. Our Advantage+ product was used for multiple sections of this maze where we deployed a custom designed quiz that we developed specifically for this event.
Guests had to answer a number of questions right on the screen, view their score so that they could pass on to the next section.
A great way to allow guests of an event to be able to display their projects on these interactive screens. This can be highlighted from our deployments at various industry specific events such as IEEE Power Talks 2024, Oman Materials & Corrosion Week and with Petroleum Deveopment Oman, where we provided these screens as a platform for industry experts to display and present their project to visitors.
This solution is not only more convenient and versatile for the exhibitors using them but also cheaper than alternatives, like fitting out LCDs in MDF construction.
A new concept that we have introduced and utilized in various events in Oman, keeping in mind the ease of playing with many mobile games like Subway Surfers, candy crush etc. and leveraging the novelty of playing these games on a large screen, we have pitched this concept for many events and exhibitions to engage visitors.
These events include IGE Oman Broadband at COMEX 33, Oman’s first gaming event at Oman convention and exhibition center attracting passersby and giving them the ability to play a quick mobile game and interact with the rest of the exhibition. Or at the iPhone 16 launch event for Ooredoo where visitors waiting in line were able to play games while they were waiting. A common misconception is that this concept is mainly to entertain kids but to the contrary we have deployed this even at corporate events like Oxy Oman’s Leadership summit where employees enjoyed the refreshing activity also. This concept can work not only for events but also could be very effective for retail outlets and other public spaces.

Transforming outdated approaches of using static methods like paper signage and roller banners for your communications. For Outward Bound Oman, we proposed to upgrade completely their Al Majlis Room, where they bring attendees of their courses before they embark to brief them on the history of Outward Bound. We not only advised on transforming their static signs into animated content that would be linked through our cloud-based application for regular seamless updates. We also proposed to them an engaging interactive compass feature that we custom developed. This is an example of our turnkey solutions with interior fit out and approaching communications in a space holistically, we approach interior design not primarily from the angle of aesthetics but from the angle of experience in a space.
Large scale digital deployments of digital signage across large spaces / venues. Nama Water Services, part of Nama holdings has two locations just in Muscat and needed a comprehensive and easy to manage solution for their internal communications within their offices. We proposed a comprehensive solution replacing some of their existing hardware and adding some more, with about 34 units across both offices. A key thing that stood out about our proposal was not only the cloud-based software to edit and deploy new designs / communications but also the fact that it was infinitely scalable, regionally and nationwide and allowed them to seamlessly integrate any of are hardware options in the future.
Mobile deployments for your companies' services are a common concept as seen in Malls, the Airport etc. Space is very expensive so minimizing it is important, one company that understands this method of brand awareness and uses it rigorously is Otaxi. We suggested improvements to the Otaxi Butler by now allowing customers to be able to view the type of taxi they are booking, pay directly and view how far their taxi is by integrating to Otaxi's app.

Creating and fabricating custom display stands of any kind for ID Geneve a new popular luxury watch retailer whose installation in in the Opera Galleria, we looked at their brand and what they wanted to communicate to their customers for their new Elements Collection Launch. They wanted something they could place within the retail display stand to serve as a backdrop. We designed and fabricated atri-dynamic backdrop, 3 custom display stands with screens where we curated and advised on the content to be displayed.
